A Weekend in Nancy

September 10, 2016

It was an impulsive decision that we would drive down to Nancy for a day trip. It turned out to be a totally fantastic idea and one-day was just too short!

The beauty and charm of architecture is incredible. You don’t need a map or a guide in the city. Just wander around and discover the amazing details at corners of the streets.

Stay for the night and the light show at Stanislas Square is a must-see. It was a spectacular performance with combination of music, lights, story and technology.

Food is awesome too. Hotel and restaurants are at very affordable and reasonable price. We were so excited about our dinner “La Potence Savoyarde” at the restaurant Le Bouche à l’Oreille. A must-try if you are a meat-lover.

Learning French in Paris

July 17, 2016

Preparing for my move to Luxembourg, I was in Paris for a week French intensive course learning French. Where would be more perfect than Paris for a study holiday?

Which French language school to join? I went to CEBP Paris near Place D’italie. The teachers there were friendly and professional. Learning French in French sounds difficult, but it actually works the best. Natalie & Alice were speaking slowly to make sure everyone in class understand. I really appreciate that.

I’ve already been to many tourist attractions in Paris. Versailles was THE place I wanted to see during this trip. It’s golden fabulous! This would be my dream location for Unielle Couture’s campaign, though still some hard work to accomplish to achieve it. Great motivation!

See you next time Paris. Thank you CEBP Paris for the great experience!

Discover Luxembourg

March 1, 2016

The last time I visited Luxembourg was in 2009. It was a day trip as tourist and I can barely remember anything from it.

Today I am back for client meetings, and it’s time to make some exploration in the city center.

Found the shop DeLux as specialist retailer of  Lampe Berger Paris. They carry the latest collection and complete range of the scents which you can always test there.

They also carry a wide range of candles and household fragrances. The owner was warm & friendly. He can absolutely give you a very good recommend if you are looking for gift ideas.

In the square nearby, there are various dinner options. Aka Cite is situated on the first floor of the library. Modern interior with relaxed atmosphere. Sushi was really good. Desert was fantastic too. Recommend!
