4 small tips I have learnt to help with time management:
✔Check calendar in the morning.
(or before going to bed, but I find it may cause worry or anxiety hurting a good night sleep)
Acknowledge and accept that things will not happen as per plan.
✔Eat the frog first.
Tackle the most difficult task as the first thing to be done. The rest of the day will be a lot easier and less stressful.
✔Block off time to pursue your goals.
Keep in mind your long-term goal for personal development and make sure you block time for it, regardless how many other urgent tasks you need to attend to.
